At Accudot Golf we ship internationally direct from Thailand, and domestically within Thailand. On international orders, duties and taxes are already included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Where we ship from and to

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Bangkok, Thailand via our shipping partner, Dragon Courier - www.dragoncourier.com

International (sent by air, door to door): United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia.

Domestic: anywhere within Thailand.

Rates for destinations are shown automatically at checkout. If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us before ordering. 

Order processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to our carrier within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday and Saturday, excluding Thai public holidays). Larger trade orders may take a little longer to prepare — if so, we will let you know.

Processing time is separate from delivery time. The estimates below begin from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it.

Delivery estimates

Delivery is door to door by air. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • International (USA, Canada, UK, Japan, Australia): 5–8 business days
  • Domestic (Thailand): Next day, and 1–2 business days for EMS services and 3-5 days, Standard.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs clearance, weather, and carrier volumes can occasionally add time. Accudot Golf is not able to offer compensation for delivery delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. For international orders, the price you see is the full, all-inclusive cost — duties and taxes are already covered (see below). Different shipping options are shown at checkout. If only one service is shown, then this is the only option available. Accudot has researched and selected Dragon Courier as our international shipping partner based on research and comparison with other local and international logistics organisations. They have decades of shipping experience and offer a high-value service with leading low-cost prices in the market.

Duties, taxes and customs

Everything is included. You pay nothing on delivery.

All of our international shipping services and options are fully inclusive of duties, import taxes, and any customs fees for your destination country. Your order is delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means when your package is delivered, the courier will not ask you for any additional payment - no surprise bills, and no customs charges to settle at the door.

Domestic orders within Thailand carry no import duties or customs charges.

The total you pay at checkout is the total you pay. That's it!

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door. Please note that a signature is not required on delivery — parcels are typically left in a safe place or handed over without the need to sign. 

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier. Claims raised after this window may not be possible to pursue.

We cannot offer compensation for delays in transit, but we will always endeavour ro track down a parcel and resolve any delivery problem.

Correct delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. Once a parcel has left Thailand, the address cannot be changed, and we are unable to recover or reship parcels lost as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately — if the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to correct it.

Bulk and trade orders

We work with coaches, academies, clubs, retailers, and simulator venues on large and repeat orders. Orders over 30kg, ship as freight rather than as a standard parcel and are can be quoted individually. 

If you need a large quantity, a recurring order, or a delivery to a destination not shown at checkout, please contact us and we will get back to within 24 hours (or sooner) to discuss your requirements and subsequent quote
